Honorbuddy 1.23 - chat reader added to the API and stability improvements
*CC devs and plugin developers can now use the WoWChat class for creating event handlers for chat messages
*Fixed a bug with the process selector that prevented opening more than one instance of HB
*Shouldn't crash anymore after vendoring on some of the clients
*Improved looting
